The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

Let AI do the routine work, and keep the software that does it. Lower costs, faster work and full control.

The design studio for digital workers Flagship

Describe the work. Own the worker.

Explain a routine job in your own words. An AI assistant designs digital workers to do it, with estimated costs and savings for each design. You adjust one, watch it run on practice data (made up, never your real records), then download the software to own and run.

What it is

Where digital workers are designed.

A digital worker is software that does one routine job from start to finish, such as checking invoices. It handles the routine part and asks a person to approve the decisions that need one. Nx·Studio designs these workers with you and shows the estimated cost, hours saved and payback time of every option.

The problem it solves

Automation that fits how you already work.

There is no platform to rent, and no need to change how you work to suit someone else's tool. You describe your process and get software made for it, tested first and handed over for you to own.

Who it's for

One studio for business and IT.

Business leaders who want results, specialists who check the design and the IT team who will run it all work in the same place, on the same worker.

step by step

Six steps, from your words to working software.

01

Describe the job

Use the 10-step guided form or write a few sentences. Or start from one of eight ready-made starter packs, and add your own documents.

02

Compare up to five designs

An AI assistant proposes up to five designs, from cautious to bold. It scores each one, fixes its own mistakes and recommends the best fit.

03

Adjust it on screen

Drag and drop to change the design, with no coding. A simple chart shows who does what, and you add the information the worker needs.

04

Watch a practice run

The worker runs on practice data, so nothing real is at risk. Go one step at a time or all the way through, approval steps included.

05

Download the software

A list shows everything you'll receive. Then the complete software downloads, ready to install on your own systems.

06

Run it yourself

Run it on your own servers or cloud, with the AI model you choose. It needs nothing from us to keep running: no license check and no usage fees.

The Foundation

What makes our workers different.

Most AI tools use similar AI models underneath. The difference is how the worker is built. Nx·Studio's workers stand on four building blocks that let you check everything yourself, instead of taking it on trust.

Rehearsal before reality

Proven on practice data before it goes live.

Each worker gets practice data shaped like its real work, made up so that none of your real records are needed. Run it one step at a time or all the way through, and watch it pause wherever a person must approve. You can test several workers together, speed up time, and score each test run for accuracy, cost and safety.

Practice data for each workerApprovals includedScored test runs
Rules you can rely on

Your rules, built in and followed.

Write down the rules your business must follow. The AI assistant builds them into the worker wherever it can, and tells you about any it can't. A built-in rule gives the same answer to the same case every time, without using AI. For routine decisions that nobody has written down, our separate Cognitive Engine can learn them from past examples.

Blueprints you can read

Read the plan before it runs.

Every worker comes with a blueprint: a plain plan of what it does, who approves what, when a case goes to a person and which systems it uses. Every change is saved as a version you can compare or undo. Business teams can read it as a simple chart of who does what. And like everything the platform makes, it is yours.

Proof in every download

Know exactly what you received.

Before you download, you see exactly what you are getting. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show, and a tool to check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that maps it to the documents the EU AI Act asks for. The worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing sent back to us.

What comes with every download
Human oversight

AI handles the judgment calls, but people stay in charge. At each approval step, the worker waits for a person to decide, in its built-in review inbox or in Slack, Teams or email. You can also set a minimum confidence score: by default a low score raises a warning, and you can choose to send those cases to a person instead.

Made for you

Workers designed around your business.

There is no catalog of ready-made workers. An AI assistant first learns how your organization works: your teams, systems, goals and rules. Then it designs workers to match, each with clear steps, approval points and an estimate of what it should save.

  1. Start however suits you

Use the 10-step guided form, paste in your notes, or write one paragraph. Or begin with one of eight starter packs, from month-end bookkeeping to sorting urgent IT issues.

  2. Up to five designs, side by side

Cautious, balanced, ambitious, regulation-first or lowest-cost. Each is scored on fit, safety, cost and more, and shows its estimated savings.

  3. Designs that check themselves

The AI reviews and corrects each design before you see it. Ask, and it adds more detail to any step.

  4. Rules written in plain words

Write down your business rules. The AI builds them in wherever it can, so those steps run without any AI, and tells you about any it couldn't.

Visual design

Shape it on screen, with no coding.

The worker appears as boxes and arrows you can drag and drop, so anyone can see and change it. A second view shows who does what: each team, person and system.

  1. Building blocks for every job

Forty kinds of steps, from AI steps and rules to approvals and system connections, plus sixteen ready-made patterns. No coding needed.

  2. A chart of who does what

Each person, team and system gets its own row, so anyone can see who or what handles each step.

  3. Checked as you build

The Studio checks the design while you work, so mistakes show up at once. A readiness score shows how close it is to done.

  4. Nothing is ever lost

Every save becomes a version. Compare versions, combine changes or return to an earlier one.

Practice runs

Proven before it touches real work.

Every worker gets its own realistic practice data, so you can see it in action before it goes near your real systems. You don't need to share any real data to try it.

  1. Practice data for each worker

Generated records that look like the worker's real data. You can also upload your own samples, up to 200,000 rows.

  2. Follow every step

Run one step at a time, replay any point of a run and see exactly what happened at each step.

  3. Approval steps included

The run stops wherever a person must approve, just as it will in real work. You approve or reject each action, and can undo the ones that can be undone.

  4. Several workers together

Test several workers side by side, even with time sped up. The Studio flags problems, such as two workers changing the same record.

Every test run is scored for accuracy, speed, resilience and coverage, the evidence your purchasing team will ask for. A sample report from a test run is available on request.

Owned, not rented

The software is yours.

You get complete, working software to run yourself, not just diagrams. Every worker can draw on a catalog of thousands of integrations, ask your people for approval, and run on your own cloud with the AI model you choose.

  1. Connects to your systems

A catalog of thousands of integrations (ready-made links to other software), including SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow. Your IT team adds each system’s login details. Workers can also link to any system with a standard web connection (an API) or a standard AI tool connection (MCP).

  2. Approvals built in

Each worker has its own review inbox where people approve its work. Requests can also go to Slack, Microsoft Teams or email if you switch that on. You choose who approves each step.

  3. Your cloud, your AI model

Run it on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake or Kubernetes. Choose from eleven AI providers, including AI models that run on your own computers.

  4. Monitoring, if you want it

Optional dashboards, alerts and warnings if a worker starts behaving differently, plus operating guides written for your team. You switch them on when you download.

know the cost first

Know the running cost up front.

“The cheapest AI is the AI you never need.”

Estimated before you build

Every design shows its estimated monthly running cost, the hours it saves and how soon it pays for itself. That way you compare options on value, not just on features.

Rules that run without AI

Your business rules are built in wherever possible, so those steps need no AI. The Studio shows how much of each worker runs on fixed rules, and how to raise that share.

No meter after download

The worker runs on your own systems and your own AI accounts, which bill you directly. There is no Nexgile meter, so using it more never raises what you pay us.

readable blueprints

A plan anyone can read.

Each digital worker comes with a blueprint: a plain plan of what it does, who approves what, where each case goes and which rules it follows. Nothing is hidden inside the AI or locked in someone else's platform.

Every change becomes a new version. Developers can compare versions, business teams can read the plan as a simple chart, and the result belongs to you.

use what you have

Start from what you already have.

Records of how your work runs today, the automation you already rely on and your existing software bots can all become a starting point.

Find what to automate first

Optional module: upload activity records from tools like Celonis or UiPath, and get a ranked list of the tasks most worth automating.

Rebuild what you already have

If you already have Python AI code or BPMN process diagrams (a standard format), an optional module turns them into digital workers your team can edit.

Work alongside your bots

Mark the steps your existing software bots already handle, in tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate. The worker prepares a hand-over for your team to pass on to them.

Learning from your records and importing code or diagrams are optional modules. You decide what to share.

improvements you own

Better over time, and still yours.

Each improvement lands in the software you own, and every change is saved, so you can review it or undo it.

Learns from your corrections

Corrections your reviewers make in the worker's inbox can become AI training data that you own.

A history of every change

Compare changes, return to an earlier version, and see which version each test score belongs to.

Upgrades that keep your edits

If a worker is rebuilt later, an optional step keeps your team's own code changes and points out any clashes.

Suggested improvements

The Studio studies your test runs and suggests changes, such as a cheaper AI model or running steps side by side. You decide on each one.

Proof in every download

“Is it really ours?” Check for yourself.

Before you download, you see exactly what you are getting, with a short PDF summary for your managers. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show. Your IT team can check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that maps it to the documents the EU AI Act asks for (not a formal conformity assessment).

Your worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing sent back to us. It keeps working if you stop paying us.

Can Nexgile still get in?

No. There are no Nexgile keys, no license check and nothing sent back to us. You hold the keys and the code, on your own servers or cloud.

Can I take it with me, or am I stuck?

You get the complete software, with tests, set-up files and optional guides. It starts with one command and needs no special platform to run on.

What if Nexgile goes away?

Your workers keep running on your own systems, because they need nothing from us. You can even run the Studio itself on your own computers, fully offline, with a Nexgile license key.

For evidence that it is ready for real work, ask for sample files, an operating guide page and a test report through the Trust Center.
