One agreed price to build. No fee each time it works.
Let AI do the routine work. You keep the software. We agree what building your digital workers will cost before any work starts. Once they are handed over, we add no usage fee and no license fee to keep them running.
You pay for the build. The result is yours.
It works like having a house built. The price depends on the jobs your digital workers will do and the systems they connect to, never on how often they are used. You agree it before work starts. Support after that is up to you. If you stop paying us, nothing stops working — the software is yours.
The build project
This is the main cost. We design your digital workers, build them and hand them over. You agree the scope and the price before we start: which jobs they do and which systems they connect to. The price never depends on how much they are used.
Optional help after handover
Keep us on through our optional Managed Delivery service for upgrades and day-to-day running, or hand everything to your own IT team. Tests come with the software either way, and operating guides and monitoring are available if you want them.
Changes on your schedule
Need a change later? You order it when you want it, not on a subscription cycle. When we rebuild a worker with improvements, an optional tool keeps your team's own edits and flags anything that clashes.
Why you won’t find a price list here.
Each project is different, so a general price list wouldn’t tell you what yours costs. We only publish numbers we can stand behind, so we work out your real price with you in a short planning conversation.
Complete business applications we have built and delivered, ready for your brand.
Each one does a routine job by set rules, handed over as software the client owns.
From finance and healthcare to manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics and automotive.
Every count comes from the delivery records published on this site. A digital worker is software that does one defined job by your rules. You receive the software itself, as source code you own, not a relabeled bot or script.
No meter, no renewals, no reporting back.
Each one is a fact about the software you receive, and your own IT team can check it without asking us.
No usage fees
Some AI services charge every time a worker makes a decision, like a meter that keeps running. We don't, so using your workers more never raises what you pay us. Your AI provider still bills you for the AI your workers use.
Check it: what every download includesNothing to renew
The complete software runs on your own servers or cloud. There are no license keys, no activation checks and no subscription to renew. If you stop paying us, nothing stops working.
Check it: what every download includesNothing sent back to us
Your workers never contact Nexgile, so there is no usage to report and nothing for us to switch off. Because you get the software itself, your IT team can read it and confirm this.
Check it: what every download includesEach download includes a signed bill of materials: a list of every part inside, which your IT team can check offline without contacting us. For a sample with sensitive details removed, ask through the Trust Center.
The running costs, explained.
A digital worker mixes two kinds of step. Wherever possible, your business rules become fixed checks, and those add nothing to your AI bill because they never use AI. Before you build, every design shows an estimate of its running cost, the hours it saves and how soon it pays for itself.
Steps that need AI judgment, such as reading an unusual document, use your own AI provider account or an AI model on your own computers. You pay that provider directly, at your rates, and Nexgile adds no meter. Each AI part of a worker has a limit on how many steps it can take, and you can set a time limit for each run. If the same routine decisions come up all day, our separate Cognitive Engine product can take the proven ones off the AI bill entirely.
We explain how the costs work instead of promising a percentage saving, so you can work out your own costs before you sign anything.
We charge to build your workforce, not to run it. A supplier with a meter earns more the more you depend on it. We would rather you stand on your own. Ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

Why no figures? Your price is agreed with you before work starts, and a general number might not apply to you.
What if we stop paying you?
Your workers keep running, because the software is yours. It runs on your own servers or cloud, sends nothing back to us, and has no meter for us to switch off. Each download includes a signed list of everything inside it, which your IT team can check offline.
What every download includesHow can you charge without a meter?
You pay us to design and build your workers, not to run them. There is no fee for each decision and no license fee. Your business rules run without AI wherever possible. Any AI your workers do use runs on your own AI provider account, and every design estimates that cost before you build.
How the costs workWhy don't you publish prices?
Every project is different, so a general price list wouldn’t tell you what yours will cost. We only publish numbers we can stand behind. A short planning conversation gives you a real price for your own project.
Get a price for your projectWill our bill from Nexgile grow as we use it more?
No. There is no Nexgile meter, so more work never raises what you pay us. The AI your workers use is billed by your AI provider, and that cost does grow as you do more. That is why each design estimates its running cost before you build, and test runs show what each run really cost.
Do we have to buy Managed Delivery?
No. Managed Delivery is an optional service, never something we make you depend on. You can keep us on for upgrades, or let your own IT team run everything. Either way, the software comes with tests, and operating guides and monitoring are available. You choose who looks after it, on your terms.
What do we own at the end?
Everything the platform makes for you: the software itself, its step-by-step plan (the blueprint) and its tests. You also get a review inbox wherever a person must approve something and, if you want them, dashboards and setup files. It runs on your own servers or cloud, with the AI model you choose. There are no license keys, and nothing depends on Nexgile to keep it running.
