The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

Let AI do the routine work, and keep the software that does it. Lower costs, faster work and full control.

The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

One platform for AI workers you own, not rent.

Nx·Studio designs digital workers, software that does routine jobs for your business. Nx IDE gives your developers an AI assistant. The Cognitive Engine takes over routine decisions once it has proved it gets them right.

For every team

What each team gets.

For leaders

Lower costs, faster work, full control.

  • Outcomes, not technology to manage

Describe the work in plain words and get digital workers built for your business. They take on the routine volume, so your team can grow without hiring at the same pace.

  • Watch it work before you commit

See each worker run on practice data. Every test run is scored for accuracy, cost and safety before anything real is touched.

  • An asset, not a subscription

You keep all the software the platform makes and run it yourself. There is no fee per decision, and nothing to renew to keep it working.

  • Built for regulated industries

Each decision can be explained, checked and repeated. We focus where the rules are strictest, such as finance and healthcare.

For builders

Build software faster, with an AI assistant.

  • An AI assistant in your editor

Nx IDE plans, writes, tests and reviews code, with 31 ready-made specialist modes. In Orchestrator mode, a separate tester and reviewer check every change.

  • Your choice of AI model

Use the AI providers you already trust, or a model that runs on your own computer. Pick the right one for each job, without being tied to one supplier.

  • You stay in control

By default it asks before it acts. You can set rules for what it may do, add your own checks, set optional cost limits and undo any step in one click.

  • A map of your code

Cortex maps your code privately, on your own computer. It shows how the parts fit together and what a change might break, even in older code like COBOL.

For risk & compliance

Know what each worker will do, before it runs.

  • Read the plan first

Every worker comes with a blueprint, a plain plan of every step. It shows in advance where a person must approve, when a case is handed to a person and who reviews each approval.

  • A record of every approval

Every approval is recorded. You can also add a log that reveals any later change, and a record of where each piece of data came from.

    See exactly what gets recorded
  • Proof of what you received

Each download carries a signed list of everything inside, which your IT team can check offline, plus a security risk review.

  • Evaluate without sharing data

Testing can run on practice data alone. If you start from a written description, none of your real data is shared and no data agreement is needed.

Proof at every step

Describe → Choose → Test → Own

You start with a description of your work and finish with working software you own. Each step comes with proof you can check.

Describe

Start with how your team works today.

A paragraph is enough, or fill in a guided form. You can also share documents and, with optional add-ons, records from your systems, existing AI code or process diagrams. Anything you share is used only to design your workers, under a data agreement signed first.

Proof

If you start from a written description, none of your real data is shared, and testing can run on practice data alone.

Choose

Compare designs made for your business.

An AI assistant proposes up to five designs, checks its own work and recommends one. Workers can connect to your other software through a catalog of thousands of integrations, including SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow, once your IT team grants access. They can also use any system with a standard web connection (an API).

Proof

Every design is made for you, from your own process or a ready-made starter pack, and you can read its plan before it runs.

Test

Practice runs before anything real.

Workers run on practice data shaped like their real work. Test them one step at a time or from start to finish, with real approval pauses, and run several together if you like. An optional attack test (red teaming) tries known hacking tricks on them.

Proof

Every test run is scored for accuracy, cost and safety, among other measures. Compare versions side by side, or replay a past run step by step.

Own

Download it. Run it without us.

When you are happy, download the complete software and run it on your own servers or cloud, with the AI model you choose. You need no Nexgile software, there is no fee per decision, and nothing is sent back to us.

What makes our workers different.

Most AI tools use similar AI models underneath. The difference is how the worker is built. Nx·Studio's workers stand on four building blocks that let you check everything yourself, instead of taking it on trust.

Rehearsal before reality

Proven on practice data before it goes live.

Each worker gets practice data shaped like its real work, made up so that none of your real records are needed. Run it one step at a time or all the way through, and watch it pause wherever a person must approve. You can test several workers together, speed up time, and score each test run for accuracy, cost and safety.

Rules you can rely on

Your rules, built in and followed.

Write down the rules your business must follow. The AI assistant builds them into the worker wherever it can, and tells you about any it can't. A built-in rule gives the same answer to the same case every time, without using AI. For routine decisions that nobody has written down, our separate Cognitive Engine can learn them from past examples.

Blueprints you can read

Read the plan before it runs.

Every worker comes with a blueprint: a plain plan of what it does, who approves what, when a case goes to a person and which systems it uses. Every change is saved as a version you can compare or undo. Business teams can read it as a simple chart of who does what. And like everything the platform makes, it is yours.

Proof in every download

Know exactly what you received.

Before you download, you see exactly what you are getting. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show, and a tool to check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that maps it to the documents the EU AI Act asks for. The worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing sent back to us.

Human oversight

AI handles the judgment calls, but people stay in charge. At each approval step, the worker waits for a person to decide, in its built-in review inbox or in Slack, Teams or email. You can also set a minimum confidence score: by default a low score raises a warning, and you can choose to send those cases to a person instead.

The Cognitive Engine

Routine decisions, made in milliseconds.

Many AI tools ask an AI model about every decision, even ones they have seen many times. The Cognitive Engine takes over those routine decisions. It learns from past cases your people have confirmed, must pass an exam before it acts, then decides in milliseconds without calling an AI model. Every rule it learns can be read in plain words.

It plugs into your existing AI tools through a standard connection. So far, its results come from simulated businesses running on practice data.

01

Learns only from confirmed answers

An AI model's guess is never treated as a lesson.

02

Passes an exam before it acts

By default it must get hundreds of unseen cases right, with no mistakes.

03

Decides in milliseconds

No AI model is called, and the same facts always get the same answer.

04

Knows what it doesn't know

Anything new or unusual goes to a person, or to AI if you allow it.

Blueprints you can read

See every change before it goes live.

Every digital worker comes with a blueprint: a plain plan of its steps, rules, approvals and connections, with every version saved. Nothing is buried in AI instructions or locked inside someone else's software.

Blueprint · v12 previous
  • Incoming: refund requests from email and chat
  • Check: order history, payment record, past refunds
  • −Approval: refunds go to one reviewer
  • Hand-off: cases the AI is unsure about go to a person
Blueprint · v13 checked
  • Incoming: refund requests from email and chat
  • Check: order history, payment record, past refunds
  • +Approval: refunds above a limit go to the finance team
  • Hand-off: cases the AI is unsure about go to a person

Illustrative: one change between two versions, in plain words. One blueprint serves everyone. Developers compare versions like code. Business teams read it as a simple chart of who does what, and auditors get a summary of exactly what was built. The Studio checks it every time it is saved and turns it into software for the cloud you choose. It is yours to keep.

What it costs to run

Running costs you can plan for.

Pay-per-use platforms charge every time a worker makes a decision. We don't. Wherever possible, your business rules are built in as fixed checks that never use AI. Before you build, each design comes with an estimate of its running cost, and the Studio points out where a worker could cost less and behave more predictably.

Decisions that still need AI use your own AI accounts, or AI models you run yourself. Each AI agent has a cap on how many steps it can take, and you can set a time limit for each run. For AI systems that make the same decisions all day, the Cognitive Engine can take proven routine decisions off the AI bill entirely. It is a separate product, not part of Nx·Studio workers.

Because you run the software yourself, there is no license fee and no meter counting decisions. Using it more never raises what you pay us. Your AI provider bills you separately for any AI your workers use.

Our business model backs this up: you pay us to build your workers, not to run them. A supplier that charges per use earns more the more you depend on it. We would rather you were independent. Ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

Questions worth asking

Twelve questions to ask any AI supplier, including us.

Take this list into any comparison. We will gladly answer all twelve.

01

Can you read what a worker will do before it runs, or only see reports afterwards?

02

If you cancel, what keeps working?

03

Can you download all of the software, code included?

04

Does every decision cost a fee? Would twice the work mean twice the bill?

05

What happens to routine decisions when the AI gets something wrong?

06

Can a cleverly worded message talk the worker into breaking your rules?

07

Is the demo the same software you will actually use?

08

Can you watch it handle realistic cases before it is connected to anything real?

09

Do you have to share your real data just to try it?

10

Are approvals part of the software itself, or a setting anyone could switch off?

11

Can you check the “no lock-in” promise for yourself?

12

Does every number they show you say how it was measured?

You will find our answers on this page.
